Information on the processing of personal data
(pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the EU regulation 2016/679)
In accordance with article 13 of the EU regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, the «GDPR») laying down rules on the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the personal data provided by you and obtained by our company upon submission of Curriculum Vitae, will be processed, in compliance with legislation and the obligations of confidentiality which inspire our business.
Data controller
We inform you that the data controller is the company Cast Group S.r.l., with registered office in Mirano-Venice (Italy), Via Meucci 18, F.C. and VAT 03880820273, telephone 041.5701827, e-mail info@cast-group.it (hereinafter the “Controller”).
Types of personal data processed
The treatment of all personal data provided by the candidate may be of the following types:
1. Identification and/or common and curricular data such as: name and surname, place and date of birth, residential address and/or domicile, social security number, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, role, CV.
2. Data of special nature: the candidate is not required to enter specific data as qualified by art. 9 of EU regulation 2016/679, which are the personal data revealing racial or ethnic origins, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or religious, philosophical, political organisations; as well as personal data disclosing health and sexual life. However, if this type of personal data is included in the curriculum or – in any case – provided by the candidate to the Controller, these will be processed only with the express permission of the candidate to the processing of special data for the selection purposes indicated therein. In the absence of such authorisation, the application will not be evaluated and the information will be immediately deleted.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Personal data will be used exclusively to evaluate the application for the purposes of the possible inclusion of the candidate in the company’s staff. The treatment is, therefore, necessary for the implementation of precontractual measures taken at the request of the candidate.
The processing of any particular data relating to the applicant will be subject to express consent to place at the bottom of the registration form.
Methods of processing and retention period
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations referred to in article 4, n. 2) of GDPR, namely: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Personal data are processed both in print and mainly in digital and/or electronic form, with organisational procedures and logic strictly related to the purposes mentioned above.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
The Controller reserves the option of using cloud services, in which case the service providers will be selected among those that provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 of GDPR.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes identified above, will be kept by the Controller for not more than 1 year from receipt of Curriculum Vitae.
Mandatory or optional nature of data provision
The provision of personal data is optional and left to the will of the applicant who, without any solicitation by the Controller, submits his/her CV. However, the failure to provide data may make it impossible for our company to evaluate the application and serve the purposes above indicated.
Scope of communication and dissemination
To achieve the above purposes, and within the limits strictly relevant, personal data may be communicated, with suitable procedures, to internal processors.
The data collected will not be disclosed or be subject to any automated decision-making.
Rights of the person concerned/withdrawal of consent
At any time, the candidate may exercise the rights referred to in articles 15-21 of GDPR: the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, the origin of personal data, the right of access to data, the right of modification and the right of withdrawal («right to be forgotten»), the right to limit treatment, the right to portability, the right to object to treatment, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the withdrawal, the right to bring a claim to a supervisory authority.
